SIH is a founder-led hub for innovators and entrepreneurs in southern Sri Lanka. We connect them with the people, spaces and capital they need to build businesses with social and economic impact, whether they grew up here, came home, or arrived from elsewhere in Sri Lanka or abroad to build here.

Across Galle, Matara and Hambantota, founders are building in agriculture, tourism, food, blue industries (Ocean, Marine, and Maritime), renewable energy, crafts and technology (both hardware and software). They are here either because it's where they are from or to be close to their customers problems they are solving. We bring mentors, partners and capital closer to where they already work, and connect them to networks around Sri Lanka and the world.
